As needs continue to rise during the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah, Wafaa Al Mohsenin has completed the second phase of its emergency response in Gaza, bringing the total number of food parcels distributed over the past ten days to 2,000.
The organization said the distributions were carried out in two consecutive phases in response to the difficult humanitarian conditions on the ground, with field teams working to ensure that essential food assistance reached vulnerable families during these blessed days.
Preparations are already underway for a third phase of the project ahead of Eid al-Adha, as part of ongoing efforts to bring some relief and a sense of dignity to displaced and affected families.
